We’re excited to invite you to a special opportunity to explore the Active Series, a new sequence developed by Paramaguru Sharath Jois. Rooted in over 34 years of teaching and practicing the Ashtanga Yoga method, Sharathji created this series in response to a growing need: a simple yet powerful practice that’s accessible to all—regardless of experience level.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, the Active Series offers a revitalizing, intelligent flow that holds all the depth of traditional Ashtanga—delivered in a form that is both approachable and transformative.
